Go RED @ Raffles Place, organised by the Singapore Heart Foundation to bring heart-healthy tools to the busy working professional, is back again, this time bigger and better. Spread over two days from 4th to 5th February, busy professionals are encouraged to wear red and participate in a combination of effective heart-pumping fitness sessions, healthy eating demonstrations and health screenings.

Go RED @ Raffles Place is part of the Go Red For Women campaign, an international movement to empower women to take better care of their hearts.

1Corporate Challenge Mechanism: Register as a team of 2 members and join the fight against cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke) by Wearing Red and Cycling to support GRFW. All proceeds from the Corporate Challenge will be donated to the Go Red For Women Campaign, Singapore Heart Foundation. Three winning teams will receive Certificates and tokens of appreciation from SHF.

2Health Screening will be conducted from 10am to 6pm on both days. Health Screening is provided both at Raffles Place Park (lawn outside Raffles Place MRT station) and through various satellite and mobile teams in the surrounding area.


Pilates Central - Joanna Ng
Trainer Joanna Ng is the Programme & Training Director of Pilates Central & Rehabilitation. A certified Rehab Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates & Gyrotonic instructor, Joanna is deeply passionate about rehabilitative Pilates and constantly finds rewards and gratification in being able to help individuals find better health and well-being. She is adept at combining training with various forms of therapeutic movement used like Myofasical Release, Trigger Point Release and Sports Massage.



La Vida Loft – Regina Chan
Regina began practicing yoga seriously at the age of 29. She then had the good fortune of working with a guru from India, Dr. K K Pandit. Regina started her yoga career with Sriyoga (Hong Kong) as their centre manager and in 2003, returned to Singapore and helped set up Gaia Yoga Centre. In 2004, Regina set up La Vida Loft. Regina has garnered much media attention for the yoga programmes and has been featured on various occasions in magazines and on Channel 8 and Channel U.



Active Lifestyle - Sophie Lamaletie
Sophie Lamaletie is an internationally awarded group fitness and indoor cycling instructor with over 15yrs experience. Her skills have allowed her to demonstrate her ability in the health and fitness industry on several continents strengthening her resume with experience gained at elite establishments in NYC, Toronto, Paris and Sydney. With accreditation through ACE, AFAA , AFAC and the SPINNING program as a Fitness professional, Sophie is a Singapore based Consultant who also coordinates Fitness events.


Studio Wu - Chua Choon Hui
Choon Hui realised her passion for dance at the age of 13 when she started out with Chinese Cultural Dance and ventured into Modern Dance and Hip. And upon graduation, Choon Hui was exposed to styles such as Street Jazz, Latin Jazz, Jazz and many more. She first took up dance professionally as a full time artiste in the Singapore Armed Forces Music and Drama Company which saw her garnering Best New Artiste Award 2006, Best Performer Award 2007, and Individual Excellence Service Award 2007.
